Mark Dillon is a resident of Hanford, California. He began his photography career as an amateur in 1972. After serving his country in the United States Air Force he was quickly hired by the City of Hanford. Being recognized for his photographic and video knowledge, he became the primary  photographer for the Police Department recording social and legal events. Dillon then expanded by opening his professional photographic practice in 1981. He has studied under some of the nation's top professionals, attended college level classes and photography programs directed for the professional from around the country. After 400 plus weddings, thousands of portraits, and photographic sessions under just about every kind of environment, Mark's photographic experiences continue to expand.  Dillon retired from the City of Hanford in 2008 to follow his passion in photography. Some of Mark Dillon's outside interests are woodworking, stained glass, and BBQ-cooking.
